Concession Season tickets

I sent my Dad's I.d for the over 65 and have yet to hear anything.

I know of a few people that have been contacted by West Ham ticket office saying it's been accepted

tobster you just reminded me that I haven't had a response from them yet.

So I sent them an email and they replied within about 2 minutes confirming it had been received and all was fine.

i did mine for my two sons and my dad...when i called them up, they said they had a huge list of client ref IDs to get through. The girl on the phone asked for my email address that i sent the paperwork through on, she found the mail and did it for me there and then. very helpful...maybe just call to ask if they can check they have your details and they'll do it for you over the phone...worth a try
